Book with Lanchester Wedding Cars in 3 easy steps.
We were married in 2017 and didn’t realise how much shopping around we would have to get through before our Big Day was finally planned. We understand how overwhelming and stressful this part of planning can be. In result of this Lanchester Wedding Cars want to make your experience as easy and stress free as possible.
Picking Your Dream Car
First step is fairly easy, pick your dream car(s). We have the perfect gallery on our website to view our fleet. https://lanchesterweddingcars.co.uk/gallery/
You can view all the interiors and different angles of the cars from the comfort of your home. However we always encourage our couples to come view the Wedding Cars, we want to be able to get to know you and give you the opportunity to sit in the cars and get a real feel of the fleet.
Once you have picked your desired car(s) we will provide you with your quote. The quote will include as many trips as you need, we will wait around at the ceremony to get pictures with the car, if your reception venue is different we will take you there and also wait around for photos. If there is a location nearby that you would like to get pictures at we will take you both with your photographer to get them done. You also get to choose ribbon colour to go on the car(s)
After the quote has been accepted we will send through the Booking Form. This is an online form with a few tick boxes and space to write important information such as collection addresses.
Paying The Deposit
Final step after the Booking Form is complete we will send you your invoice with all our payment details for the deposit to be paid. The deposit required is £50 per car hire. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the special day. If your preferred method is to pay the balance in instalments, this is possible.
Once the deposit is paid your Booking is confirmed and your dream car is ready for your Wedding!
